Patent Pulse Worldwide Coverage database is an added value patent database based on Espacenet content. It includes an enriched coverage created by the
english translations of all national applications without native english translation (CN, JP, TW, DE, FR, ES, IT, BR, ...).
Due to this specific translation process, Patent Pulse Worldwide Coverage database contains several millions more searchable patents in english than Espacenet.
Search results can be displayed in two modes:
To perform a search you can either specify a field, or use the default field.
The default field is "text" the equivalent of: Title in english, Abstract in english, Applicant, Inventor, Description and Claims (for full text databases only), Classification codes (IPC, CPC) and numbers (application, priority, publication).
Keywords must be in English (except for French and Spanish patents).
