Patent Pulse allows the user to share the complete content of a folder with other users.

Sharing a folder can be done with the users associated with your account, and sharing can be done with different permissions for each user:

• Read / Write / Delete (full access)
• Read / Write
• Read Only
• No access

When sharing folders, all Flags, Tags, and Comment/Discussions are shared with other users.

The users will be alerted by email and Patent Pulse notifications that a folder has been shared with them. As well, a new section will appear in their FOLDER section, containing the user name, the shared folder name and its content.

Folders can be shared with users having a 'viewer license'.

This type of user can only access to shared information and can't create new searches.

With special low pricing, 'viewer licenses' are an easy way to disseminate patent search / analysis results, and allow new users to access to all Patent Pulse feature (patent watch, filters, concepts, reports, statistical analysis ...) for a low price.
