Create alerts on your queries, and automatically receive notifications and/or emails when new patents match your search strategy.

Step 1: Save your query in a selected folder

Step 2: Select your saved query with your mouse to make appear the Calendar icon

Step 3: Click on the Calendar icon to configurate your alert

Step 4: In the Alter configuration window

• Select which user(s) from your account will receive the alters for this query
• Select how each user will receive the alerts: notification (message on the platform only), or notification and email
• Save the alert

Our databases are updated twice per week, therefore users can receive Alerts up to twice per week.

Access to the results of alerts on your Patent Pulse home page (when you log-in)

When navigating in Patent Pulse, click on Personal folder to go back to your Patent Pulse home page.

Click on the Alert Manager icon to access the complete list of alters, change the parameters for receiving them, or simply stop them.
